John Glenn Sample, a Chicago radio advertising pioneer, acquired two square miles of marshland at the southern tip of Naples, Florida. Stretching from 21st Avenue South to Gordon Pass, bound on the west by the Gulf of Mexico and on the east by Naples Bay, it makes for one of the best locations to enjoy all Naples offers: boating, fishing, kayaking, walking the beautiful sand beaches, and catching the grand views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sunsets.
